Menashe Rothschild managed leading technology and R&D organizations in the mobile and value added services domains. He served as CTO at Jumptap, a wireless advertising platform provider and previously CTO at Comverse, the world’s leading voice mail and value added services provider. Menashe held several R&D management roles in computer-aided production engineering (Tecnomatix), artificial intelligence (Elron Electronic Industries), and SCADA systems (Motorola).
Jeffrey Parkinson, Board Member
Jeffrey Parkinson is Partner at KEC Ventures, playing an active role supporting Giraffic management with analytical, operational and strategic planning. Prior to KEC, Jeffrey was an Associate at Z Capital Partners, a distressed-for-control private equity/asset management firm, and previously a Portfolio Manager at Z Capital, which started as a team of four managing a few million dollars of CDO assets and grew into a group of more than thirty professionals managing several billion dollars of assets.

Bhupen Shah was co-founder and CTO of Sling Media (sold to Echo-Star in 2007), inventor of market leading “Sling-Box” consumer electronics media devices. Bhupen has over 22 years of experience in technology development, product development, and engineering management in embedded digital media and communication solutions at Emuzed, Dazzle, RealChip, Philips Semiconductors, IBM and others. Bhupen has built four cost-effective India-based development organizations.
Dr. Anton Monk is a technology visionary with proven track record of transitioning IP from concept to market and high volume production. Anton was Entropic’s co-founder and vice president of Technology where he led the engineering development of Entropic’s coax-based multimedia networking chipset. This technology was standardized by MoCA ®, the Multimedia over Coax Alliance, and is now the de facto standard for multimedia home networking over coax for the majority of Pay TV service providers in the United States.
Gregg Bernard, Advisor
Gregg Bernard brings more than 15 years of experience working with premier media and technology brands including as senior vice president of business development at Vimeo. Gregg led worldwide business development activities, focusing on new revenue models and partnerships for the company’s core subscription product. Gregg also drove distribution agreements resulting in a significant increase in Vimeo’s global footprint across hundreds of millions of mobile devices and digital platforms. Prior to Vimeo, Gregg headed new business development for Sony America
